Museum of History
History Museum of Brasov county is in the Council House building or Rathaus (German) building built in 1420 in the central square of the ancient citadel of the city as mayor.
The County Museum owned and you can visit outside the Council House:

Museum first school Romanian
First Romanian School, built in 1495, retains elements of Baroque style changes that were made in the years 1760-1761. Museum offers a comprehensive picture of national culture and history of this corner of Transylvania: call attention to the cult objects, manuscripts, Romanian book in general, the tools and media used during the pioneer of printing, the old classroom, portraits of great personalities etc..

Museum House Muresenilor
Was founded in 1968 as a result of donations from family descendants Muresianu. They put in work as cultural testament of Jacob Muresianu offering Romanian state to organize a museum, space needed, a very valuable collection of furniture, paintings, sculpture, and especially a cultural repository of inestimable value, numbering over 25,000 documents. The museum is dedicated to the memory of several members of this family with high honors in political and cultural life of their time.

Museum of Ethnography
Museum of Ethnography in Brasov is dedicated regional ethnology in south-eastern Transylvania, Bran civilization in rural communities, Rupea, Olt and Burzenland country. Operates in three locations: Brasov, Sacele and Rupea. The central pavilion - Brasov - a large permanent exhibition is organized to include a brief treatment, a common pursuit of all ethnographic areas: craft and application of functional tissue in the organization inside and folk costume.
